It was time to replace the original 1968 aluminum frame windows in my home, and I called Tracy glass for an estimate. It was a large job, 10 window and a slider, including upgraded privacy glass for the bathrooms. I'd been putting this off for a while, due to the price. I had several companies come out and give me quotes, and I decided to go local. So very happy I did!
There were a few bumps along the way (old house and me changing my mind in a few things) but Renee and Dave were always very responsive with fixing issues and making sure I was 100% satisfied. I am 100% satisfied!

On September 22nd 2021 we called Tracy Glass Shop and was told we would get a call to schedule someone to come out to our business to measure our desk for the glass tops, we got these glass tops from Tracy Glass Shop a few years ago but they have no record, No call on Monday Sept 27th to schedule us, then Sept 29th, 2021 we called again and left a message at 8:30 am and at 10:30am still no call back, so my office staff called and Renee answered the phone and her reply was sorry I was in Disneyland, this is NOT good customer service and NOT PROFETIONAL at all. We had our shower in the master bathroom replaced with a black frame shower. The guys came out and were done within a few hours. They were extremely professional and the shower is gorgeous! We just had all of the windows replaced in our home. I had been looking for someone to install windows for over 5 years. Within 2 weeks of coming out to measure, new windows were in! My fireplace glass was always cloud and ugly. Recently we decided to tile our fireplace and it made the glass look even worse. We went to a fireplace company and asked about replacement glass. They told me… “you need to order a special glass from a glass company”. They said they even tried to clean it but I didn’t look different. I took it to Tracy Glass for a quote. Renee called me and said it would be upward of $900...(I was clearly disappointed although I was expecting the cost) I was quiet for a moment, but she said wait I didn’t finish...we tried to clean it

Tracy Glass is fantastic! They came to measure our storefront right away (for free), gave us the best quote, amazing customer service, ordered and installed our glass within days (not weeks). Took them 30 minutes to clean, remove the old, and install the new. I glad we didn't go with what our neighbouring store owners picked...it has been 2 weeks and they still don't have their storefront fixed. If you need any glass, call Tracy Glass (under new management)
