From our first visit from Sonny our estimator, the install appointment from Michael , and certainly through the amazing install from Kyle and Mo (alphabetical guys), we would be happy to recommend Valley Glass to anyone (we would be willing to let them put in a yardsign).
Sonny's estimate was impossible to say no to after getting estimates from 2 other companies.
The windows fit beautifully, Kyle and Mo did 7 windows in 3 hours, and while it's 28° outside, the window reads 66.7° inside with my laser reader.
We have 4 windows that we didn't have done for various reasons, but

Jared is great and went above and beyond for us. We were on a tight deadline with our 4 basement egress windows. We had A-Core come and cut our foundation on Friday and Jared was able to deliver on his promise to have our windows to us. Everything worked out great. Would recommend and will continue to go to Jared for our window needs.

Just wanted to share our great experience. We had Valley Glass replace our 30yo aluminum frame windows. Team of 6 arrived at 8am sharp, removed & replaced 20 windows w/ Milgard w/ .22 energy savings, the old ones were .75 (less is better). A phenomenal price, amazing work, prepped, shimmed, caulking, no damage, great clean up, and they were done by 4pm. Worth every single dollar! Highly recommend Valley Glass..

AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I had a window pane replaced by this company. The installers that came out, broke the frame while replacing the window pane. When they finished the so called installation, they did not even tell me the window was damaged. When I went to check on the work completed, I saw that the window was loose in the frame. When I called the company, they sent out the Manager and the sales person. They said "It's not our problem" and refused to do anything about it. They told me they would see me in court. I can't express how disappointing this is to have a company flat refuse to

My house looks amazing thanks to Jared at Valley Glass. He came out and measured my windows and was able to special order my front window that is a very odd size. He let me know it would take a few weeks for them to arrive because of the whole Covid pandemic, but I'll tell you what it was so worth the wait! The new windows made my house look brand new! Thanks again, Jared!
