We were set to convert our home construction loan to a mortgage loan. We were referred to Scott at Oxford mortgage by our bank for a VA loan. When the appraiser came out to to the property, he never came inside, never talked to us and had the wrong floor plan. Had the appraiser actually talked to us, he would have found out he was given the wrong floor plan. We would have been able to tell him about the numerous updates we completed during thr build...but he didn't. Our house didn't appraise anywhere near what the original construction loan appraisal was. Additionally, Scott ran my credit twice
