We feature a comprehensive line of compression stockings from Jobst, Juzo and Medi. We are an approved provider for many insurance providers. With locations in Hondo and San Antonio (in The South Texas Medical Center), Bexar Care Home Medical and The Pink Boutique are able to serve more customers in a larger area.

The goal of Bexar Care Medical Equipment and Supplies and The Pink Boutique is to provide the best products, the best services and the best staff to meet the needs each of our home medical equipment, oxygen and Mastectomy customers. Since 1998, we have been providing the best equipment and service available.
Individuals under 65 with permanent kidney failure (beginning three months after dialysis begins), or. Individuals under 65, permanently disabled and entitled to Social Security benefits (beginning 24 months after the start of disability benefits). Medicare Part B benefits cover physician visits, laboratory tests, ambulance services and home medical equipment.

Designed to have a weight capacity of 300 pounds (or more) for those who need that extra support. Bariatric chairs maximize the patient's ability to sit and stand with reduced effort, and lessens the chance of lifting injury to the caregiver. Bariatric beds have extra bracing integrated into the home care bed frame, along with a wider surface and truss assembly, in order to provide maximum support.

We had a wonderful experience with Gabriel. My mom needed a lift chair and he got the exact fit for her. My mother is thrilled and the white glove set up service was fantastic. We had to wait for the chair, but in these troubling times, it is what it is. It was definitely worth the wait. The chair is beautiful, does everything we were looking for, and my 81 year old mother is thrilled. We highly recommend Bexar Care.

I am new to this company, but all great so far. Angela is simply wonderful. So pleasant, such a positive person. She is genuinely concerned and it shows. She got me set up on my new equipment, explained it well and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed.
This is an incredible improvement from the company I was with for the past 4 years - big national chain. The advantages of a locally owned company like Bexar are evident. I wish there was an option for 10 stars!

Wanted to be sure to share my outstanding customer experience with Bexar Care. The prescribed equipment and supplies are excellent quality. My respiratory therapist (RT), Angela is really to be commended for her exemplary customer service. Angela is knowledgeable in the various products and knows what to present as options for the patient/customer to choose. I particularly liked her respectful communication to listen to me and then figure out the technical/medical options. A huge "thank you" to Angela.

Im not even customer yet and they haven't delivered my medication . 3 days without my medicine and they are needing 4 digit code which I gave them all my medical information. They were so quick to pull my medication without knowing my information would work with their program. I'm already aggravated. Next time make sure everything works with your program before pulling medication.

Pathetic service . I ordered my mother a hospital bed but was not delivered on the promised date and was told a slew of lies about the delivery.It was delivered two days late after I called and profusely complained. I was visiting my elderly mother and was on a time crunch. They finally delivered it after I called many times to try and get the order expedited .Ruben was my only contact that seemed to understand my dilemma and was finally able to expedite the delivery of the bed for me. I am happy now and the bed is great for my mother but it was just a lot of aggravation to deal with for a simple

These guys are crooks and liars. They came and stole my wife's walker, which we got after her spinal surgery, because insurance 'wasn't paying'. The insurance was STILL processing the claim.

After going round and round on the phone with the owner it was very clear he did not care at all.

My experience at Bexar Care Home Medical was very pleasant. I was welcomed and helped by the front desk staff. They were awesome and helped me find information to get my grandmother the equipment she needed. The delivery guys promptly brought out the equipment from the warehouse and thoroughly went over the features. They were even kind enough to load the equipment in my vehicle. Where's the 10 star option on here? These guys went above and beyond. Would gladly recommend to my family and friends.

Terrible customer service. Be your own best advocate, as their employees will not be on your side.

Went to this establishment to get a custom nighttime garment for lymphedema. I inquired about insurance coverage and they stated they would help to verify coverage, known as a pre-determination. After about 4 months of back and forth, they told me that would not help with insurance because too many were getting denied. This was after three employees telling me three different stories.

Horrible customer service! Went in to help my 88 year old parents buy bathroom safety equipment. We bought a support bar for the tub and were unsure about the measurement and wether it would fit. The salesman, Rene, assured us we could return it the next business day if it didn't fit. He never mentioned the 15% restocking fee that was posted on small signs in the store. He knew we were coming back because we needed to purchase a bath seat that was not returnable and I wanted to make sure we had the correct size before purchasing the seat and I only got the bar based on his reassurance
