An Estate Plan can include a Last Will and Testament, Durable Powers of Attorney for health care and finances, an Advance Health Care Directive (sometimes called a Living Will) and possibly a Revocable or Irrevocable Living Trust. A Last Will and Testament is just one part of a comprehensive estate plan, and probably the most common one.
Probate is the legal process by which the court system distributes your property, pays your debts, and settles disputes after your death. During probate, the court supervises the processes that transfer legal title of property from the estate of the person who has died (the "Decedent") to his or her beneficiaries.

This was an excellent training. No pressure to buy anything. We were able to ask questions, and Mona talked of pros and cons of different actions in different situations. Mona responded promptly to my voicemail and made sure to followup to connect with me. Upon speaking and interacting by phone, I knew she was a genuine individual. My husband and I went to an estate planning class that Mona presents to the community at no cost once a month. I had some preconceived ideas of estate planning and all it entailed. I quickly discovered that what I thought I knew was very little. It prompted my husband and I to have a conversation between us and with our parents.
