If you suspsect your New Jersey home needs basement waterproofing the first step in remedying the issue is understanding what type of problem you are dealing with. A flooded basement is fairly obvious, but its important to understand that water damage can be subtle as well. Damp smells, mold and mildew, rust, peeling paint and cracks in the walls and floors can all be signs of a water leak.
Often it is not just a question of keeping it out, but rather managing it with a proper basement waterproofing system when it inevitably comes in. Surface water (rain) leaking thru cracks or flaws in the walls - for every inch of rain, 1,250 gallons of water fall on the roof of a 2,000 square foot home.

Ron promptly returned my initial call to schedule a site visit. After assessing the situation, he priced-out work for French drains and to install a membrane on the exterior stone foundation, which they were to excavate. The work was then scheduled and began as anticipated. A crew of about 10 men, with the required equipment, arrived as promised and they completed the French drain, the membrane and installation of the sump pump in two days. Bonded Waterproofing is the worst. Failed at waterproofing my place, misrepresented their work, didn’t test for problems, weeks of delays to return for “fixes” that are not fixes. Charged a lot of money, demanded payment, now refuses to refund me my money, and refuses to bring Bonded’s employees to come fix their problems. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! ARNIE AND LOU MAY RIP YOU OFF!!

Ron has no customer service manners was very rude and impatient over the phone. Gave me quote over the phone for 3000 to replace cellar door without even coming to check ( door cost 1000 at best on Home Depot). Because we bought a new house and seller failed to replace door, money is being held in escrow. I explained this to Ron and then he charged me $500 more and gave a rambling quack explanation about protecting himself? Huh. I then said to him ok send me your email you business info and quote so I can send it to the lawyer as proof or documents. No response. Really not worth dealing with this

Did work for us a few years ago. our basement flooded again recently. after 2 weeks of not returning calls. the owner only called once I complained online. Took another week for him to come look, then another week for him to send two guys to take a look. the guys said to additional channels are needed to keep the basement dry. owner says this is not covered by warranty and an additional charge is required. Worthless warranty with terrible customer service.

They fixed the flooding in my pool room on the first shot. They had to dig up the exterior foundation, patch holes in the concrete, then dug and installed a 30 foot exterior drain around my pool. Bone dry ever since. I especially like how they carefully picked up my grass and patio brick and then placed it carefully back the way it was when they were done. Highly recommended.
