Kelly did an amazing job. She has put in many a late night. Got us our house in this crazy market without us having to pay an enormous amount over the asking price. Great negotiation skills. Helped us get an inspection on the house. She has even gone above and beyond and has helped us look at comps in our current house even though she will not be the listing agent (different state). I have already recommended her to several people. She is wonderful to work with. Giving us great knowledge of the area and resources available as well!

We had a great experience with the Putnam Group in general, but this review is all about their best realtor, Summer Hine. I cannot say enough good things about Summer! My husband and I started looking for a home during the craziest time to buy, with most people waiving home inspections, appraisals, etc. As first time home buyers who were new to the process, things initially felt overwhelming and we had no idea where to start. The Putnam Group was wonderful to work with during my fiancée’s and my home search. Our agent, Chander, was very responsive and diligent throughout the process. It made it much easier and quicker. I’ve worked with a few agents in the Northern Virginia area before and I would definitely recommend him above any of them if you are in the market for a new home. I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Kelly K. with The Putnam Group. I met Kelly during an open house and was immediately impressed by her professionalism.
