I moved from Comcast VOIP over to Grey Matter's VOIP for my business and personal phones. FANTASTIC. I had no idea that there would be such a difference in technology. Having my phone "FOLLOW ME" so that when I'm in the office I get it there, but when I'm out of the office it automatically forwards to my phone is superb. I never have to stress about forgetting to forward my office line again. Transition was easy. Installation by James was a breeze. No qualms in recommending this company.
