In 2018, my wife and I decided to put our PVE condo up for sale in favor of a home in OR. Alex came recommended highly by a long time friend. It was a wise choice. We packed up the condo and left Alex a vacant condo to sell. He had the place cleaned and photographed and listed in a couple of weeks and we accepted an offer a couple of weeks after that. I hired Alex Smith to help me rent out a house I own. I had been very frustrated doing it on my own and turned to Alex Smith.
