We are so happy to have found them. They really are great. The doctor is so kind and patient with our dog even though our dog gets aggressive. There’s even a side door that leads right into an exam room if your dog is not friendly with others. Truly happy here and I’d definitely recommend making this your new vet.

Zero compassion. Would not wait one minute past 5pm to accept a client's dog that died at home.

I absolutely love this vet! I just recently adopted a puppy and decided to bring him here since my whole family uses them too. I don't live in the area, but they're worth the drive. The entire staff is so sweet and makes my pup feel at ease. There's always a decent wait, which can be a little frustrating, but this vet is popular for a reason. Overall, every visit has been a good experience and I'll keep bringing my pup here for sure.

This establishment was professional, clean and pricing appeared to be reasonable. The Dr. asked numerous questions and repeatedly asked if I had any questions. I did not feel rushed or was just another customer. As a new patient they even provided a new dog toy, which was a very nice touch.
Wish all Vets were so passionate about their business.

Saw me and my fur baby 45 minutes after I called. They told me I would have to wait but I was in the waiting room for about 5 minutes. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If they are seeing new patients, I would go right there!! My little fur baby is feeling better now.

My miniature schnauzer Charlie had his first vet appointment at Twins Vetinary hospital yesterday afternoon. Charlie was brought to Twins for an overall physical, a stool exam and a continuation of his vaccine series. Although his tests and vaccines were somewhat pricey, Charlie was treated with a lot of care and caution, something that worried me prior to his visit. The facility was very clean as staff enforced safety rules amid the pandemic, only one family member was allowed in the room per pet and social distancing practices were in full effect. Charlie saw the vet for what felt like a brief

I wanted to change my chow chow Simba's Veterinary doctor. Our original vet was always rushing us out! I was recommended to go Twin Veterinary Hospital in Bayshore. All I can say is WOW!
When I first walked in, there were a couple patients waiting (social distance) and I was happily greeted with Simba. The entire office was so clean and did not smell (some offices have that smelly dog smell lol) We did not wait long at all! The staff were extremely efficient and friendly, and they loved Simba ! They all had masks on and were following all cdc guidelines and rules.

We have been using the Twins for years and love them, but have never gotten around to writing a review until now. If you need a great practice for your pets this is it. Dr. Cintrons are caring and genuinely concerned about the health of animals. My beagle has been hospitalized twice in the past two months and both times they gave amazing care. I brought my beagle in for what I thought was a simple stomach bug and it turned out to be a serious gallbladder issue. Dr. Cintron was exhuastive in diagnosing the issue. When they thought it was a simple routine surgery had complications when it began

So let me tell you about Dr. Cintron and Twins Vet Hospital. They are caring, compassionate, and treat your pet family members as if they were their own. This hospital sees all of my family's dogs and they are never afraid walking in or going there for that reason. Recently my doggy Molly fell horribly ill. Dr. Cintron tried everything, I mean literally everything and anything to help my girl and unlike so many other veterinary hospitals he did everything he could possibly do to make it affordable for me to try and save my pup. I never met a Vet who was as caring and loving towards my dog

I'm so thankful to have such a great vet for my cutie pies. They've been with me from the start of getting my first dog, and now with my second. They truly deserve the 5 star rating that they have. My dogs actually enjoy going to the vet!

They were great with my pup Lexi. Everyone was kind and professional. The place was very clean, which is probably hard with animals. They listened to my concerns and got back to us right away with a solution. They also gave us a sneaky purple bone for Lexi first time there!

I have never been to a vet that made me feel as relaxed as this vet hospital. Dr. Cintrón is amazing and has been super sweet to my cat(who's like a child to me), every single time. I called in as an emergency and they got me seen in under an hour! The wait time wasn't bad at all at the location either, even though I was informed it might be a wait since they were booked. The place is always spotless as well. Definitely a 5/5

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. First off, the place is clean which I know I may be crazy but I have heard and experienced nightmare Vet places so this place was great.

Second, the staff is very friendly and knowledgable. You're asked as the first time visit if you have medical records so its always smart to bring that with you.

Third, Dr. Cintron treated my cat with such kindness. He brought her a toy and even gave her a kiss on her head. For me, it warmed my heart as my cat was nervous. Also, he works with you to see if there are any problems. My cat/kitten is 6 months old

I worked at an animal hospital for many years and was so nervous to try a new vet after I left. However, this was a wonderful experience . Dr Cintron was so amazing with our baby girl. He was friendly and made us feel so comfortable. He called the next day with the results. Great experience. Will be recommending everyone to this vet. There not too expensive either which is amazing. Thank you so much

I have been bringing my 2 year old yellow Lab here ever since he was a little puppy. My co-worker recommended Dr. Cintron, and he turned out to be an amazing vet. He is very attentive and good with my dog, Bailey. Bailey had an allergic reaction that caused a rash in his inner legs. Dr. Cintron prescribed Animax cream, which worked like a miracle. I drive all the way to Bay Shore from Nassau County to come here, and have always had a pleasant experience. The employees are all very friendly and helpful.

I'm grateful to have found Twins Veterinary Hospital. (overheard a conversation a while back in the supermarket)

My 18 year old Lovebird, Beeper (or Papi, as Dr. Gilbert Cintron affectionately called him as he held him), was starting to slow down. It started with a fall a few months ago from his perch.

The falls increased, progressing to disorientation, lack of appetite, getting stuck on familiar places in his cage, blindness in one eye due to a cataract. Excessive drinking (he actually fell face down into his water bowl Saturday and couldn't get out- and I saved him since I happened
