The technician arrived early and was very courteous. He confirmed the work (our chimney rain cap had fallen off) and took care of it in a short time. Chimney Monkey also quoted less than half what another chimney company quoted, and upon research of what a rain cap cost we realized Chimney Monkey was a clear choice for this straight-forward task. Would recommend.

Great company to do business with! My experience with Chimney Monkey was amazing. Brad came out to do an inspection with a camera, explained everything that needs to be completed in detail, then sent out Benjamin and his partner to complete the job. Technicians that came out to repair my chimney and install a new liner we’re very professional, respectful of the property and cleaned after the job was completed! I am very impressed with the quality of service and professionalism I have received and most of all HONESTY! At no point at all we’re they trying to up sell or get me to pay for extra

A different company quoted $600 for the same service. Chimney monkey quoted $215. Not only their price was good, their value was excellent: they scheduled the visit right away, they always answer their phone, they answered a lot of questions prior to and during service, they were honest and didn't try to upsell anything. Plus they were really detail oriented in their inspection and provided pictures. The chimney cap looks great. I will definitely hire them again.

Very professional. Very prompt. Very knowledgeable. The gentleman came with his mask on. He showed before and afters of the inside of the chimney and it was clean as a whistle. His inspection showed that we may have to make some repairs in the future. Gave us advice on a few other things pertaining to the fireplace around the house. Overall a fantastic experience. They have our business in the future.

I had a gas fireplace I inherited from the previous owner. He disclosed it didn't work. What he didn't disclose was that it would never work because it was a propane unit installed in a gas system.
Chimney Monkey came to the rescue. They discovered the error, helped me find the right replacement unit and get it installed. That was another undertaking. We had to remove the granite facing on the old unit, reroute the chimney to bring the elevation up to code and punch through the brick exterior wall. They also had to source the proper venting cap. Even that was the wrong one originally

The technician was polite and diligent. He took all the precautions including wearing mask and shoes covers. At last, he patiently walked me through all the safety steps I need to take to operate the fireplace. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend. But make sure you understand they are pretty busy before the holiday.

This company is terrible! Terrible customer service, and they do not follow through. I had them to our house in August for an inspection and a they were going to order a new remote control. Never got a updates on the status of this issue. I had to chase them to get answers and it was never resolved. We are now we are going to hire a different company to help us out. This was a small issue (a simple remote control) and they could not handle that...wow. I wonder how they stay in business.

Stay away from this company. With their big advertisement and so dedicated 24 hour service. I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for an appointment the window they gave me was between 12 and 12:30 They called me at 12:10 to tell me they couldn't make it. After I rearrange my work schedule to be home. Terrible customer service‼
