He is a bright light in a some times dark world of creative finance. As an attorney since 1976 still working 7 days a week in San Diego Ca. I find that Bill's material is complete, as you would expect of an attorney,... while at the same time he talks at a level any one can understand,... which is rare for Attorneys in my experience.
