I had my home insurance through Adelfia but decided to switch to Costco since It offers 40% cheaper insurance with same coverages.
After notifying Adelfia my switch to new insurance company, I asked them to send the cancellation notice to my mortgage company. After multiple requests, Adelfia still hasn't sent the notice to mortgage company for 6 wks.
My adelfia agent claimed that it is not her responsibility to send it since I am no longer their client.
Due to her lack of professionalism and work ethic, I wasted so much time calling/emailing the mortgage company, Adelfia and Costco insurance

I received my drivers license when I was 17 and had a really hard time finding cheap car insurance. For several years I was paying so much money for an old Toyota Camry and I've never been in an accident. Now I'm 24 and decided to do some research for a new plan. I recently moved to an apartment for the first time that required renters insurance. When doing research, I could only find high priced insurances. Adelfia was able to find me such a great price!
