Services
Lana Shnayder has been surrounded by health and beauty her entire life. A registered electrologist and licensed esthetician with more than 20 years of experience, she worked for several dermatologists and expanded her knowledge, attending to clients with different skin conditions and plastic surgery recovery.
Electrolysis is a method of removing individual hairs from the face or body. It is currently the only FDA-approved method for permanent hair removal. Using state-of-the-art technology, a minute amount of electricity is gently applied to the base of the hair follicle. Hair growth is the result of heredity and hormone levels.
Superficial exfoliation are topical exfoliants applied to the skin to soften the dead skin layer and exfoliate the skin. Stimulating cell turnover will help to restore the skin to a more youthful appearance. Many skin conditions can be improved when receiving a series of peels. Fine lines will be softened, dull skin will appear more radiant, rough or uneven skin will become smoother.
We customize treatments for each individual based on age, skin type, pre-existing skin conditions and specialty needs. Whether your skin is oily, clogged, dehydrated, mature, dull or just acting tired, a professional skin care treatment will benefit any skin type. For the most beneficial results please allow us to evaluate your skin and recommend a personalized skin care program.
We only use top quality hard Chamomile wax. This type of hard wax is very gentle on the skin and is great for Brazilian, bikini and face. Warm wax is applied with a special non-reusable wooden applicator, letting the wax dry for a few seconds and then it is pulled off by the edge of the wax patch. NO strips are used.

I’ve been going bi weekly for a few months now and I cannot recommend Lana/ Superior Skin enough! I found her through Google and I’m so glad I trusted my instinct to schedule a visit! This is my first experience with electrolysis and it’s been life changing. I’ve expanded the area I’m treating because I know I can trust Lana do a wonderful job and make sure I’m comfortable. I started seeing Lana for electrolysis in January of this year, and have nothing but positive things to say about the studio and the whole experience in general. Lana is professional and very knowledgeable. The studio is always so clean and welcoming. The appointments are always incredibly prompt and begin and end right on time - something I always appreciate! I am hoping to try some of the other services offered soon!

This place is great and Lana is fantastic! She's incredibly caring and thoughtful and had done a lot to make my electrolysis appointments there as comfortable and pleasant an experience as possible.

I've been seeing Lana for more than a few months now for both facials and electrolysis and my experience has been wonderful! Lana cleared up a decades long battle I've had with my skin by performing monthly facials and thorough extractions. As an electrologist, she is the best I've ever gone to.
