To care for you to the best of our ability based on my understanding of current medical methods available. End every visit with clear instruction about expectations, treatment goals and future plans. We consider all aspects of patients' lives - such as family, work, recreation, values, diet, exercise, stress and life events.
If you are late for your appointment, we will try to reschedule you, however, expect a much longer wait. In order to simplify your life, your physician will prescribe enough medication until your next appointment. If you find you are running out of your prescription(s), please visit the patient portal or call the office to schedule an appointment.

Im not going back ever my docter Dr patterson im have heart palptation and lot of other syptoms going on included my lynods around my body being swollen in peticular i have lyphodes in my groan area that are swollen and had a rash around them that i discussed with him his exact words is "that should figuire its self out" not even checkin or tryin to discuss seems he wanted nothing to do with it everytime i go in for my heart he trys to push Anxiety meds on me or other meds on me that never solve the problem feels like he just gives u whatever meds u want for syptoms but doesnt try himself to figure

I love Dr Fretz, and the staff is friendly, but follow up / communication is horrible. I use express scripts and the office called in my prescription to cvs. Not a big deal, but I’ve asked twice to have it changed and no difference. One of my visits was coded wrong (should have been a physical) and I’ve sent 3 different emails via their portal asking it to be changed and there has been no response. My mother has had to call multiple times and finally walk in to get them to answer questions. All in all, I think we’re staying and have decided this is the price we have to pay to get a doc as

I have been coming to this office for 3 years now, and have had nothing but amazing service! The staff is so efficient and friendly, always quick to be able to fit my family and I on the schedule if need be. They are always to help when I have questions or need refills. I really love the online portal system where you can get results and message the doctors. The Doctors are so nice and knowledgeable. I have been to several downriver clinics and this is by far my favorite office. I can't imagine going to any other office!

I've been seeing Dr. Fretz for over 10 years and I'm so happy with her and her staff. My son now sees her too and is very happy. She's helped me through my thyroid issues and has helped tremendously! She is very personable and really cares. Sometimes you may have to wait to see her, but it's because she is so personable and cares about her patients. She don't rush like some doctors do. I highly recommend Dr. Fretz as your primary care physician :)

I absolutely trust Dr. Fretz. My family and I followed her from when she was in Southgate at Blanzy Clinic. Dr. Fretz not only diagnoses and treats, but she takes the time to explain details of her diagnosis and gives great information about the illness/affliction that's ailing you. As long as Dr. Fretz is practicing, I will be a patient.

I wouldn't even give them the 1 star if it had a zero star option. I called to make my husband an appointment with Dr. Fretz since his family already goes there. I was told Dr. Fretz has a waiting time for new patients of 10 MONTHS??? And he could see Dr. Patterson. I was ok with that as long as he could switch to Dr. Fretz after the initial appointment. I was rudely informed that he can't switch doctors after being seen by one. Ridiculous in my opinion and after being talked to the way the appointment desk talked to me both times I called I would NOT recommend this office....
