Dr Straka is great...however the young person who answered my call for a prescription refill was extremely rude and actually started yelling at me. I needed a RX for metoprolol which was prescribed by my cardiologist and takes them a long time to refill( I wasn't aware it didn't have refills left on it until I contacted my pharmacy) With Dr Straka being my primary Dr. for 15 years and having him refill prescriptions from other Doctors before I didn't think it would be a problem. The person that was taking my message for refill stated we can't fill that for you and why aren't you calling the cardiologist

Nursing staff is very friendly, the front desk was very kind and informative about scheduling next appointments and paperwork needing to be filled out and Dr. Hashemian is always spot on with anything I come in to see her about. Alot of people dread the doctors but PIIM takes that feeling away with their warm and welcoming office and staff.

I tried to call to get a prescription and even requested it online. No one answered or got back to me. I tried to call today to have my inhaler, a life threatening prescription refilled. The person very rudely told me that they should would not transfer me to the on call physician to get my prescription refilled. I am very disappointed with the service here would not recommend.

My doctor lectured me on how important it was to wear a mask to protect other. All the while she's wearing a mask with a flapper valve allowing her unfiltered breathe out on her patience. Hypocrisy.
A N95 is sized to let nothing bigger than 2 oxygen molecules thru. 2 oxygen's with a carbon CO2 can't get out. But tiny little virus particles get out and float all over the place. They are 1/3 the size of 1 oxygen molecule. They float all day.

Dr Straka is awesome.
I knew when after I walked in and he said "Call me Eric" that he was a cool dude.
Amanda , his nurse has the best deadpan sense of humor I've ever heard.
Rebecca the "Vampire" who drew my blood was quick and efficient.
I moved to the area after having a Beaumont doctor for years (So long DR John Byrne, you were the best). I picked Partners in Medicine just by proximity alone. They are technologically advanced (you check-in via an Android Kiosk) and the staff is fast. I was in and out and realized I didn't even have time to pull my pants up after the exam (that was a joke
