I lost a filling but thought I had cracked a tooth. Dr Cho was fast and efficient at removing the old filling and replacing it. His hygienist and support staff were very effective as well. This is a small office with excellent service but they get busy. If they don’t answer the phone leave a message-100% worth the call back.

I don't currently have dental insurance, so I found this office's prices to be reasonable and they take Care Credit. I really like the staff there! The receptionist/dental assistant is very pleasant/attentive and the dentist himself is great as well! (He's got a wonderful sense of humor!) And I love how honest he was. I'll definitely be going back to this place!

Terrible customer service
After calling five times, I was unable to get anyone on the phone so I decided to go to the office. A man arrived without even saying hello and looked in a very bad mood. I kindly said that I was trying to reach them over the phone and he simply answered “yes we’re busy”. So I simply said goodbye and left.

Today, I had a very horrible experience with Dr.Cho. I watched him swearing and yelling and his employee, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
He numbed my mouth and stopped working on my teeth, that were being redone, because of poor quality of work. Left the office in a rage! I will not be going back again! The anger I witnessed today, all because, his assistant hadn't told me to relax my tongue....

This is the first review that I have ever written, but I feel it is important to let people know what my experience at Smile Dental Studio entailed. I am new to the area and booked an appointment at Smile Dental because it was covered under my health insurance plan. I was appalled by how unprofessional and “scammy” the entire experience felt. I was at the office for 1.5 hours and did not get a cleaning or a dental exam, yet my insurance was billed $325. When I arrived, the front desk employee had me brush my own teeth with hydrogen peroxide. Then, Dr. Cho proceeded to give me an hour long lecture

At first I liked Dr. Cho. His pricing seemed fair and he was friendly. Then he made and put on a crown for me. It has fallen off about 8 times. Horrible! Now I'm having to pay a different dentist to fix it. I have another crown that a different dentist put in and it has lasted 9 years -zero problems.
He is extremely rude to his staff that he's training. He's impatient and continually talks down to them. It makes everyone feel VERY uncomfortable.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

Dr Cho helped me discover I am type one diabetic by strongly urging me to look further into my high blood pressure issue. If he hadn't done so I would have possibly gone several more years without knowing this info. THANK YOU Dr Cho for giving me years of life I might have lost if you hadn't been so thoro with your routine check ups (and insisted I get the high BP looked at).

Beware!!!!!!!!!! My daughter saw Dr. Cho for wisdom teeth extractions and left with nerve damage and a dislocated jaw. Very very painful. He told her just to relax and it would slowly get better on its own. Well that is not true. Two weeks later and she is still in pain and he hasn't treated the dislocated jaw, only given her pain killers which does put a jaw back into place!!! Beware of surprises with the prices too. During the consultation, we were given a quote based on him examining my daughter and her x-rays. The next week, right before the extractions, we were told the price was now almost
