We are currently experiencing a higher than normal machine repair volume so we will do our best to get your machine repaired as soon as possible! At your appointment we will get details of the repair needed, sterilize your machine then send to the back of our store to the machine repair room.

I just spoke with a lovely person over the phone about seeing if they could fix my machine (not a baby lock). She asked me questions about the machine to see if she could still possibly help me. Got the machine to work. But she was able to also answer my questions about a baby lock that I was interested in. Very helpful and very caring over the phone

The gentleman that answered the phone suggested that I tweak one screw on my serger to get it to stop dropping stitches. It worked! That saved me $80- $150 that other shops were asking to look at it and fix it! His knowledge and courtesy in just making the suggestion and not looking for $ makes me want to take all of my machines to him and recommend him to others!

I thought my sewing machine was broken. I called, Diane said bring it in we will look at it. Needless to say, it was "in between the ears error". I enjoyed their company so much I signed up for a sewing project with them. They are excellent teachers and supporters!!!! I plan to do more projects. Thank you ladies especially Chris... I love my bag!!!
