Services
Affordable Septic provides professional and reliable septic service in Vancouver WA and southwest Washington. When you call us, you know our technicians will arrive on time and be ready to tackle all of your septic needs. Regular maintenance of your septic system is a necessity and at Affordable we take the chore out of cleaning your septic tank.
When you purchase or sell a home that has a septic system you want to make sure you get it inspected to confirm everything is in working order and no repairs are needed. At Affordable Septic, we are O&M I and II certified inspectors and we can provide you with a thorough septic system inspection. The type of septic system you have determines when you should have it inspected.
The typical septic tank contains two major components: a septic tank and a soil drainfield. The septic tank removes solids, which helps protect the soil drainfield from clogging that can result in premature failure of the on-site system. With the solids in the tank, a portion of it is digested by the tank and it stores the rest.
Today, almost 25% of US homes dispose of domestic wastewater through onsite septic systems. These systems account for the most common type of wastewater treatment found in rural areas. Unlike public sewer systems, septic systems require routine maintenance for proper functioning. A well designed, installed, and maintained septic system can provide years of reliable low-cost service.

Affordable Septic was doing an inspection for my neighbor and I asked them to take a peak at my septic. Turns out I needed a pump - badly! They took the time to take care of it right then and there and the price was quite a bit less than I'd been quoted elsewhere. The guy doing the work was super helpful and gave us some tips on better management of the septic. I had to call the office to set up a work order and the gal there was nice and seemed to know what she was doing. Seamless process.

I called about 4 or 5 companies before I called them, not because I was shopping around, but because no one else answered their phones! I had a septic emergency and this company was very quick to get out to my home. Not only did they show up in a timely manner but they were very very courteous and informative. They told me what had happened with my septic and what I could do to prevent it from hopefully happening again. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone with a septic need! Awesome people and awesome job! Thank you thank you thank you!
