They really sold the product (echo saw) they said it would meet my needs and that they have more issues with stihls coming in- which is odd because they have a sign saying they don’t service brands they don’t sell.
I made two cuts with the saw and knew it wasn’t what they sold me- they want to charge me if the saw runs as it should so I said they should pay me for my time if it left their shop not running right- funny it works one way but not the other.
Also I get the impression the owner talks down to his employee who cashed me out who made a comment suggesting that when the owner was

I purchased a Ariens SHO 28" snow blower a few days ago. One of my best experiences ever buying equipment. The salesmen were very friendly, helpful, and informative. I learned seasonal maintenance that I was not aware of before. Both for lawn mower and snow blowers. I look forward to many years of using my "King of the snow" Ariens machine. Called ahead to see if they had the new push mower I wanted. When I arrived there was one person ahead of me but I was still in and out in 10 minutes. My mower had already been prepped ahead of time. Easy peasy and the exact same price as the big box store with no assembly required! I call it a win!

Hands down worst service I’ve had in my life,period. I’ll start off by saying my company bought $60,000 worth of equipment from these people a few years back. I bring a mower in for service that had an intermittent problem. Luckily the problem was occurring when I dropped the mower off. Perfect,right? Nope. I tell the guy to get a tech to listen so he knows what’s going on but that didn’t happen. They ran my mower out of gas and left it sitting for a whole day doing nothing as I am out working,needing the mower but missed their call. They wouldn’t put gas in it to run it some more to

My riding mower wouldn’t start, so All Weather picked it up a month ago and said it would take about 7-10 business days. Called a week ago, no one had looked at it yet, and they said the tech would look at it the next business day and call me. Never heard from him. Called again today, and they still haven’t looked at it. I said I wanted the mower returned to me, and they said they would still insist on charging me for the pick-up/drop-off fee. Everyone I talked to is very nice on the phone, but they don’t honor their commitments. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Excellent staff and service. I own 8 zero turn mowers and they service all of my equipment. Fair price and speedy service. The bad complaints about part prices and having to wait for parts is out of the dealers hands. Nobody stocks parts anymore. So if you want an honest, timely repair, or a good deal on a new machine, I highly recommend All Weather Power.
