The company started out as a small firewood and logging operation run by John and his family.

After calling to see if we could come look at a certain tractor we were put on hold to see if they had one available. They did, in their showroom. When we got there we noticed the salesman's desk/counter was 10 feet from the tractor. He acted like we were bothering him. The showroom was dirty. The tractor was dirty with a dent in the hood. Overall was not impressed.

I purchased a new Timberwolf Log splitter from Kleiss in 2019. I'm from PA and found they had the best price including delivery so I went ahead with the order. Unfortunately, the pricing was the only good thing about my experience.
Over the next month I had to make countless phone calls to get any updates on when it would be shipped and delivered. I was concerned they would try to deliver it while I was at work only to be left with a note stuck on my door that they needed a signature and better luck next time as is common with the big delivery companies today.

Decent price but when something goes wrong theirs no after hours number so I rented a piece of equipment for 2 days a total of 16 hours. After less than 3 hours the equipment stopped working. So they came and picked it up as scheduled but only reimbursed me for 1 day equal to 8 hours but my yard is still a mess. Due to the equipment breaking down.

I've never written a review before but I've also never been so pleased with this level of service on a big purchase. I bought a tractor, trailer, and several implements here and Jeff really went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed. I was concerned about the dovetail trailer clearing the dip going onto my land - Jeff drove it out there to make sure it would work. I needed hooks welded on to my bucket and draw bar - Jeff had the guys do it for free and they did an excellent job, right down to painting the hooks and bucket when done - it looked like they came from the factory like that

Rented a bobcat. Specifically asked for a unit that had a.c., and lifting bars. When it was delivered, there was no door on the thing! Also the delivery person didn't have any clue I requested the bars. Ended up calling them about these issues. Was talked out of the bars, but as for the door was told it's common to not have them on. When we visited this place in person I remember seeing one with doors. This didn't end up being an issue with the a.c., surprisingly, but it definitely was with the bugs.
