Legs on Lease is a door-to-door errands and transportation service that is safe and reliable. Our staff is happy to help you with your coat, bags and any assistive device you might need during your outing. We can provide as much or as little assistance as you would like during appointments, which is a wonderful added value.
Our senior care products help make aging with grace and dignity possible. Whether you are caring for an aging loved one or need a little help yourself, face homecare issues head-on with our products. We have products that aid mobility, keep you independent and make your home safe and accessible. We also provide rentals for item such as knee scooters, wheelchairs and commodes.
Join our amazing team at A Plus Home Care Services and help care for our patients in their own homes! We are looking for LPN's and RN's to provide part-time and/or full-time in home care for 24/7 patients. Personal care, administer medications and/or treatments per plan of care, monitor and report changes in health, light homemaking, and cooking.

Worst company I have ever worked for. They do not respect their employees. I was on maternity leave and they took my client away from me. They won’t pay overtime. I worked 24 extra hours of overtime on a weekend I was off and they took my regular hours from me. Horrible horrible horrible company! I went to this company with my client. I worked with my client a year and a half and they took her from me and gave my hours to another worker. Horrible horrible horrible company.

There is nothing A+ about this company or the services they provide. And their fees? Ridiculous.
Our family has been working with A Plus Home Care Services & Supplies of Ankeny and Des Moines, Iowa for the past six months. However, a recent incident with one of the owner of the company, Anne Porter, has brought our working relationship to a screeching halt.
First and foremost, A Plus Home Care Services & Supplies charges an upfront $125.00 “Application Fee” before they will do business with you. Meaning, should you choose to hire A Plus Home Care, you will be charged $125.00 for their representative
