I was hired in January, 2019 and was told that I would receive benefits after 90 days and that never happened. I completed paperwork for direct deposit and only had 1 check that was direct deposit then they didn't have it anymore. I was a commissioned officer getting paid for the status of non commissioned, never received all of my check stubs and got excuses every time I asked for them. One of their checks bounced and my account was overdrawn over 900.00. Optimum replaced the funds I believe 1 or 2 days later. They next paycheck I received from them I cashed at their bank but had to wait 40 minutes

Great company . I am a Harris County Sheriff’s Office Deputy assigned to the patrol division . I work for this company on my off time as an extra job the owner always pays well to law enforcement working off duty for him, he even loses money on some jobs to pays us the rate we desire, he takes his customers safety in a serious matter and gives them quality personal.

Please don't work for this company. Nobody is on the same page. I was charged $200 for my uniform after I was fired. They gave my shift away to someone else without telling me. I was told to take my time and make a decision. Two days later, I call and my job was given away. Should've checked with me first. Very unprofessional. More than likely, I won't get my $200 back. I wasn't told of a charge beforehand. I didn't even have an orientation! Poorly ran company.

I have worked with Optimum Security on quite a few operations this year. I have complete confidence in the owner's ability to lead and manage security services with consummate professionalism. I have worked closely with some of the officers in different capacities and it is very clear Optimum is selective in it's hiring and staffing, including several people I've worked with over the years with other companies. It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Isom and his employees, and I look forward to a continued relationship.
