Ranger Guard was the best choice we made when hiring a security company. Rick was excellent to work with and went over and beyond with personal service to make sure our needs were taken care of. Ranger Guard even went so far as to personally set us up with a security package that fit our business. I used Ranger Guard Of Granite Bay to prevent further break-ins by squatters at a vacant property I was contracted to sell on behalf of the owner who lives in the bay area. Rick and his patrol guard, Mario, both arrived at the house within 30 minutes of my call on a Sunday night. They offered patrol services with a wide choice of frequencies for the patrol. They offered suggestions on safeguarding the place and beginning that night, they kept an eye on the premises. They provide security services for my office building they have helped eliminate the homeless that had set up a encampment in our parking lot our guard Miguel is just amazing he is always vigilant , Courteous and professional at all times . BEST Courtesy Patrol Company!! We are very happy with the QUALITY of services we receive. They always follow up whenever we have questions or issues to talk about. Reports are good and after hours dispatch service has been a great asset to our property especially for the noise complaints! Any property manager would agree that having a trusted company to address the late night calls is key and I trust our Ranger Guard team. They are on duty securing the Houston Center building where I work. Their officers are courteous and seem to be very vigilant. I very much appreciate the foot patrols they do through the parking areas and the building perimeter, especially when I'm arriving in the dark hours. There are some shifty people on the streets in this area and the guards are a good visible deterrent to bad behavior.
