I stopped in to just get some oil, parts guys were very friendly and helpful. On my way out the door I stopped and looked at a few bikes. I wasn't hassled or bothered like some dealerships do. Chris made the effort to come out to the parking lot to make sure I was taken care of or if I had any questions.
Bart has been around the shop since he was born. Bart has a long history in racing and is well known is the racing community, you will always find him at the track just about every weekend with his boys. Mike has been here for 4 yrs now. Mike has had the privilege of Tim, Greg, Stew, and Larry to make him one of the best parts advisers in the Kansas City area.

I'm like a little kid in a candy store every time I go to Donnell's. I brought my Honda in for some recalls. Dave was very good at explaining all the recalls and getting them done in a short amount of time. As I was leaving I reached out to Dave and asked him about a couple Questions about the new Fox shocks he explained the benefits. I went over to the parts counter and talk to Mike and lo and behold I'm getting some nice new shocks on my Pioneer 1000. Thanks all of you at Donnell's Bart,Chuck, Chris, Dave and Mike.. Here's a picture before the shocks I will post one when they are finished with
