My fiance and I bought a 2018 road glide on October 30th 2021. It was a decision that we were pushed into by our sales guy and nothing about the bike was worth the price. We traded in a great bike that they gave us peanuts for. I left the whole experience feeling taking advantage of and disappointed in the quality of bike we now have. I will never recommend that anyone buy a Harley yet alone will not point them in the direction of this dealer. The bike we now have hurts to ride and is not enjoyable. I miss our old bike. It was not a Harley. We now have a payment that is too high. The whole time

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our salesman Karl Morrison was very helpful and bent over backwards to ensure I was happy with the whole process. Karl keeps me updated with the upgrades I’m having done to my 2019 114 Breakout. Parts Dept. was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Thanks Outlaw Harley.

I try and try to think Outlaw is a decent dealership but it's just not. Kyle and the other salesman's are great. But the service department is flat out horrible. I spend a ton of money there. My new bike had a defect and they tried to blame me for the defect. After I made a big fuss and they finally gave in but charged me $200 shipping cost for the parts. My bike developed a loud knock at 9K, I go into service to ask to speak with a tech, The guy at the desk keeps repeating bring it in so we can look at it. I plan to do that but I would like to speak with a tech to get a general idea what is going

What a great experience! Salesman Jerry Lynch (whom we had made several previous Harley purchases through) and Sales Manager Sam were great work with! We travelled 145 miles each way just to make this purchase and it was well worth the drive.
Everyone was very attentive and the entire purchase process was truly class act.
Hats off to the parts department for rapidly gathering all accessories we wanted as part of package. Their inventory obviously is well equipped.

I am a guy, who likes to tell it straight and just be honest. Kyle K., is the man I dealt with a was great from the start. I've told him I have owned different bikes, but never a Harley. He talked me though all the models and worked with me. Safe to say I walked away with a Harley. Bought in May 2021.
