During the past 45 years Tom Fitts has been involved with all phases of the construction process. He has been extensively involved with the Design/Build process on numerous industrial facilities. In addition, he has managed the construction of several multi-million dollar institutional projects. Thomas Fitts worked on numerous construction projects while attending high school and college.
Site Analysis and Evaluation: Analyzing prospective properties for soils, conditions, topography, zoning requirements and utilities availability. Schematic budgeting: Develop accurate budgets using preliminary drawings and criteria provided by the owner. Fast tracking: Identify long-lead items and order during the design and permitting phase of the project.
Fitts and Goodwin has built its reputation on constructing projects on time, on budget and with an emphasis on quality and safety. We achieve this by carefully selecting our construction and design/build team best suited for each project. Each of our project managers manage the projects they estimate, which allows for a seamless transition between the pre-construction and construction phases.
