I called and spoke to John for just a few minutes. My company is a start up and not ready for this level of service, but in those few minutes John gave me very solid direction and advice. I was hired to perform an audit of four of our SEO contractors. We used the google sep "basics" starter guide online as a benchmark, Refreshweb had done little but change the titles of our web pages. Refreshweb technically did honor the master contract, worded vaguely as a "best effort." But they were unwilling to sign a service level contract to continue the relationship. We switched to a competitor who finished the work in a third the time for a third the cost. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because John did have good advice for best practices, but was unable to provide an actual checklist
