Unless your vehicle requires premium gasoline, filling up your vehicle with high-octane gas is a waste of money. The premium gas doesn't boost your gas mileage or performance. My mother just came home from getting my Subaru serviced at Roos Only. Upon the end of the work they had done on her car the head mechanic approached her so rudely because she refused to get the brake light fixed of the car for $40, and simply wanted an oil change as that is what she came to this establishment for. She said that she could see the mechanics anger when he was swiping her card, and at the end of the transaction he told her not to come to their establishment anymore and instead go to jiffy lube. My mother was shocked my this statement, she is a single African mother of two kids, me

Since July 2019, I continue to rely on Roos Only for all of my 2010 Impreza maintenance and repair work. On a oil change on October 28, 2021, Rocky the owner did not charge me for replacement of a cracked alternator belt, since I utilized his shop six months prior to replace the head gasket and timing belt. He gave me a break as a loyal customer. I completely trust this shop to do honest work at a fair price.

I was recommended here because I heard good things about the work here. I spoke with Rocky over the weekend, I was very put off by the way he handled things over the phone. He was very short with me, irritated that he had to take my call. I was trying to get a time set up to have my car looked at, I was confused with the way they handle things there because at this moment it came across as him yelling at me. They may have lost my business before I even walked in the door.

Rocky is great! He mans the phone lines, takes in cars early in the morning before work, works late, and probably reads every Yelp review. I called him and he looked at my car the next day, then made a repair appointment for the next week. He even gave my dog a treat. Would highly recommend supporting this local business. Super quick, easy, and honest.

I've been coming to get my car serviced with Rocky, the owner, for over 20 years. God willing, I'll be coming for another 20. Don't hesitate to come here and get to know the owner. The service is always fantastic, and he's very friendly. The quality of the work has always been great! And reasonably priced!

I took my car over to Roos Only for a pre-purchase inspection. While I was quite intimidated by the overall process of finding my new Outback and negotiating the sale, working with Rocky was absolutely painless and gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right decisions. Rocky was also very accommodating with scheduling the inspection on short notice. I absolutely would work with Roos Only again.

Great shop! When I took my car to the dealership to get some recalls done they said I needed my brake fluid changed, but gave me a ridiculous price. I came to Roos Only because they gave me a good quote. However, after I got there they checked and told me my brake fluid was actually fine. Then on the inspection they caught a much bigger issue with my front strut. The owner, Rocky, even took me back and brought me under my car to see the issue. They gave me a loaner car free of charge and fixed the problem that same day. I will be going here from now on.

This shop is acting out my favorite business maxim: under-promise & over-deliver. Roos Only just did a major overhaul on my 2006 Impreza: replacement of head gaskets, timing belt, radiator and both front cvj axles! Youch. This is an expensive job in any establishment, but based on comparing estimates their rates were very competitive with other shops (if not a tad less expensive). The customer service was professional and on-point. I was given the option of a loaner vehicle which was super helpful. They also completed the work faster than anticipated. It's been a month now and my car is

I have been going to this place for years.
this last time brought some concern about going back.
I had gone in for repairs to my rear wheel bearings. paid what i believe to be a reasonable price... this is not my concern.
what has me Very concerned is that the following day i went to Jiffy Lube to have my oil changed.... and when topping off my Fluids they noticed that my radiator was COMPLETELY DRY and VOID of ANY COOLANT.
whats worse is that there is NO leak.
their assumption. not knowing what work i had done recently is that someone emptied my radiator in attempt to have a catastrophic
