I just did not have a good experience at this garage. My car needed a part for the coolant. They ordered the wrong part first off. Then they put the new part in. My air conditioning didn't work the same as when I took it in. I expressed my disappointment and they told me they no longer need my business. Well that was fine with me. Just another shop intimidated by an outspoken intelligent woman. So disrespectful.

B&A is a great shop! Bill, Kelly and the crew do really good work. I've been going there for over 3 years now. I do a lot of the work on my own vehicles, so when I take my vehicles to a shop I have high expectations and B&A always meets or exceeds those expectations. They are definitely worth all 5⭐'s!

I was purchasing a car in the area and took it to B&A for a pre purchase inspection. The car looked great and drove great, but once they put it up on the lift they saw the whole undercarriage was rusted out. They showed me the severity of the damage, and even though they quoted me $130 for the inspection they only charged me $65 since they stopped due to the rust. I was able to find another car in the area, they checked that one out as well and gave it a seal of approval and only charged $65 again!

I do a lot of my own work, but when I realized that I had a leaking rear axle seal, I realized that it would be better to bring my vehicle into a shop to press the new bearings and seals and I had a few other things that I didn't have the time to complete myself. This shop is only a few blocks from my house, but I hadn't used them before. Everyone was extremely professional and got the work requested completed quickly and for a reasonable price. Another shop quoted me 50% more in price, wouldn't warranty the work, and told me that it would take a day and a half of labor (pretty ridiculous). They

I am writing this review because this shop blew me away with their honesty and professionalism. My '13 Accord dash suddenly lit up like a Christmas tree while I was sitting in traffic. I pulled off the road and the car started to sputter. I turned it off, it barely turned backed over, and I wasn't able to get the car above 10 mph without it sputtering and dying each time I tried to accelerate.

I was amazed at the professionalism and honesty from everyone here. I have never had to take a vehicle in for repairs, but unfortunate I didn't have the tools to complete repairs since I am traveling.
They did not try to get me to replace a bunch of parts that weren't damaged or in need and offered different quality that fit my needs
Then. To top it off,I received a text the following day from the owner making sure the repairs met my satisfaction!

Took my '01 Jeep to Bill with horrible transmission issue. Needed a rebuild and debated on spending that kind of $$ on my 20 yr old Jeep that I love so much. These guys are the best!! I was in need of a brake job as the shop I had an appt with did not call me to inform me their "technician" called out. Wasted trip and wasted half day. Did a Google search before I even left the other shop's lot and saw B and A's reviews. I called and Bill the owner answered. At this point it was approaching 3:00 so the likelihood I was going to get this done that day was slim. Bill asked a few questions and I was driving over there as soon as we hung up. I could not be happier with B&A Automotive. Kelley was able to get me in when I needed, take care of a number of pretty big items, and still have my truck back the same day. The work is top notch, especially the way they were able to nearly perfectly align the front end on my lifted truck. I don't always have other people work on my truck, but when I do, I have B&A do the work!

I was referred to Bob and Kelly from a very close family friend of mine. I have a 2010 Cadillac that I drove like a work horse for the past 2 1/2 years. The repairs were not cheap, but compared to other dealerships and certified shops, it was still a no brainer to go to B&A Automotive. I picked up my Caddy after it was there all weekend and I was happy to find out they parks it inside their shop to keep it safer on the weekend. Bill, Kelly and the team at B&A Auto are the best! I was recommended to take my Jeep to B&A from the guys at High Country Performance 4x4, and now I will never take my Jeep anywhere else! Bill and Kelly offer attentive customer service, but execution is lacking. If you have a problem with service, Bill will choose to defer to Kelly, his office manager, instead of dealing with you directly for an ongoing, unresolved issue. At least this was my experience.
Ask them before they start a job, whether they have experience with your requested service needs and what their expectations are for completion.
My last 3 individual mechanical visits with B&A Automotive
