Church Foundation Repair started in 1989 when Chris Church, our founder, called several foundation repair companies to visit his residence to repair his home's foundation. After they left, Chris realized that he could provide a better overall customer experience-from better customer service to doing a better job overall.
So, in 1990, he founded Church Foundation Repair. And, through word of mouth, the company has grown. Our foundation repair business has continued to grow, expanding throughout Texas and Oklahoma. More than 10,000 residential and multi-family owners, with every kind of soil and foundation type, have called on the experts at Church Foundation Repair to help them get their homes back on level ground.

Services
Church Foundation Repair was founded in 1990 and, since then, we have served more than 10,000 satisfied customers throughout Texas and Oklahoma. Since then, we have become one of the largest and most recognized foundation repair companies in the industry. We offer state-of-the-art foundation repair and underground sewer replacement for the myriad soil types and structures found in Texas and Oklahoma.
Homes in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi and the Texas Panhandle are especially susceptible to damage caused by Nature, considering our area gets hit with droughts, flooding and everything in between. These conditions wreak havoc on your home's foundation. But how do you know if your home's foundation needs repair?
Our focus is not just in delivering a thorough, long-lasting repair from a technical standpoint, but to make sure that your overall experience is something you'll recommend to a friend. In fact, we offer lifetime service agreements with unlimited transferability on all pilings installed by our teams.
Whether you currently own your home or are looking to buy one, the experts at Church Foundation Repair recommend testing the sewer lines. A hydrostatic test is performed to determine if an under slab drain line leaks. Our licensed technicians pull a toilet on the first floor in order to place a monitor in the line to observe the testing process.
We've been repairing foundations for home builders for years, so we understand the importance of discretion when it comes to foundation repair. Top home builders in Texas and Oklahoma count on Church Foundation Repair to provide a thorough foundation inspection, pinpoint the many issues and recommend a solution so that repairs are covered under the builder warranty.

I had a significant foundation issue with an investment property in New Braunfels that was covered by the builder's warranty. Church Foundation was recommended by the warranty company. I met with Grant Dodson when he estimated the project. They started on time and finished ahead of schedule. The project included tunneling under the home, installing 40 pilings, and raising the entire house by +4". While they replaced the sod around the house, some of the sprinklers didn't get reconnected. Not to worry, a quick call to Grant and they had an irrigation company come out to ensure the sprinkler system

Do not use this company if you intend to sell your house. While it appears that they did a decent job installing the piers to level the foundation, they have lied about how to get a seller's inspection done. The potential buyer of my home has lost four of their ten days for inspections because Church Foundation Repair failed to tell me that they needed written permission to do the inspection. The company lied when they said that that verbal permission was sufficient, which I called and gave them. The company never told me they only accepted written permission. Three days later, Church Foundation

I had Chuck out to my home yesterday 10/24. He took his time and explained to both my wife and myself the issues that he is currently seeing in the home. There was no pressure to sign right there at that moment, they even recommended to wait until next summer to see if some of our issues settle down (we have some lifting at the corners and a bit of sinking in one spot in the middle). It was very nice to come into contact with a company that wasn't overly pushy or super demanding. Will definitely call them to check on this next year and if we do need to do any repairs to the house we'll definitely
