Bottom-line: Martin Dental is great, but "Dentrix Ascend" apparently hates patients.
Love the people, love the practice, and the kids do too -- but their new software (presumably "Dentrix Ascend") is a NIGHTMARE for patients. Expect to spend around 20 mins, typing mostly repeated information, for each kid. It's the level of frustrating that motivates you to take action of some sort.
UPDATE: At least some of the info painstakingly I entered was unavailable during checkout after my visit. I'm sure there's a reason, but it means at least part of the tedious experience was wasted.

If you’re looking for a great kid friendly, fun, caring, diverse and aesthetically pleasing Dental facility then this is the place for you. The staff are always kind, friendly and accommodating. My kids have had cleanings, extractions and now braces. Dr. Charlotte is so sweet and caring, she always takes her time and makes the kids feel relaxed and special. Dr. Paul is so cool and down to earth and makes you feel at ease. He personally took the time to call and check on my son to see how he was doing after getting his braces. I love this place, the staff makes you feel like family. Thank you

This is one of the best Dental Offices that I have ever taken my children to!! Two of my daughters received a filling in their teeth today. Dr. Charlotte and her dental assistant Misty were so considerate and sensitive to my little girls needs. Everything was so well handled and my daughters loved the experience with their Dentist. They were literally excited to go there as they get their teeth cleaned here regularly. I highly recommend this Children’s dental office to anyone and everyone with children. This is such an amazing dental office. The staff are very nice and tell the patients exactly what is happening every step of the way. The staff also inform the parents of tips to keep your child’s dental care in great standards. I would highly recommend this dental office, for it is not only dentistry but also orthodontics. The experience and treatment at this dentist office is outstanding and out of this world. My kids do not feel like they are at a dentist appointment when they come here. The Murals and art work that is on the wall will be the first thing you see as you enter into this extremely clean office. We moved from Gainesville, but I make the hour drive to take my daughter to Martin Kids. Highly recommend!! Everyone is so nice and makes you feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. The environment is super cool for kids. My daughter loves her goody bag and tokens after her cleaning. Super great place. Attentive and responsive dentist (Charlotte) who takes time to listen and answer questions. Great team!
