Dr. Cathy Taylor was born and raised in sunny Sarasota, Florida just a couple of hours south of Gainesville. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Nutritional Science and was a Gator Cheerleader during her undergraduate studies, along with her twin sister, Becky!

I will be 80 this year. I just had my first experience at Taylor Dentistry and am compelled to give them ALL five stars. My experience in a few words was GENTLE, respectful, kind, informative, professional, warm and welcoming. Not bad for being at the dentist. I have never had so many different kinds of camera in my mouth. This place is loaded with hi-end equipment which I believe is needed in my case. I was born without all of my second teeth. This means that some of my baby teeth lasted until I was in my 40's with nothing to push them out. Eventually I had to get bridges to fill in the spaces

Having just moved from NYC, I began the ardurous but necessary search for a new health-care team and, as life would have it, dental issues cropped up first. I was a nervous dental patient but Dr. Taylor’s gentleness, unhurried and empathic care for me puts me at ease. She explains everything and asks frequently if I am doing okay. Plus they have all the latest equipment making my previous dental experience like something from the Stone Age! So very grateful to find this practice.

I've always had great experiences with Taylor Dentistry. The office is clean, everyone is so friendly and helpful, and I've always been very happy with my dental work. They have referred me to both a great oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth removal, as well as a great orthodontist to get a permanent retainer removed. I definitely trust them with my teeth!

I absolutely loved my first visit to Taylor Dentistry. The environment was warm and the staff were kind and professional. I haven't been to the dentist in over 7 years. Dr. Cathy Taylor and her staff did an excellent and thorough evaluation of my teeth. I look forward to establishing a new routine of an annual checkup with my new dentist. Don't have dental insurance, no problem neither did I! If you don't have a dentist, I would highly recommend Taylor Dentistry.
