One of the most serious environmental concerns for homeowners is leaking underground heating oil tanks. The financial impact to the property value can be devastating. Most lending institutions require that heating oil tanks be tested or removed prior to transfer of real estate or refinancing. Contaminated soil cleanup ($4,000 reimbursement for cleanup costs is available from the Pennsylvania DEP "heating oil cleanup fund").
Coventry Environmental is a licensed Underground Storage Tank (UST) closure firm in Pennsylvania. We have performed hundreds of UST closure and management projects, both small and large. We provide all necessary tank closure sampling and regulatory documentation. Coventry Environmental could help you receive up to $1.5M from the Pennsylvania DEP's Cleanup Program for contaminated site cleanup.

If your are looking for an underground tank removed, stop calling around and go with Coventry Environmental. The second that I heard from John that he "does these in his sleep" I was relieved and confident that they would do a good job. I was right on point. Very professional and neat. Highly recommended!
