A.C. Miller Concrete Products opened for business in the early 1960s with a single precast plant in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. The product line consisted mainly of septic tanks and related small products - all manufactured in a five-thousand square foot facility. With founder Arthur C. Miller at the helm, A.C. I went to A.C. Miller not knowing exactly what I was in for. The bar was set low, as the previous concrete company that I had worked with back in South Carolina robbed my home. I thought this would be a common recurrence between concrete companies, and almost expected to be robbed once more. Instead, I was left with a smile on my face. A.C. Miller at 31 E Bridge St, Spring City, PA, 19475 has provided me with everything I could ask for and more. As a matter of fact, they did the opposite of rob my house - one of the owners, who I had not known before working with him, actually split my mortgage
