These guys were super. When I called I was immediately connected to a live person who communicated well and understood my electrical needs. They asked good questions to make sure we were a match. Got next day appointment with specific two hour window. On time next day “Will/William” arrived on time. Inspected my panel and needs and wrote me up two quotes for me to pick from. He explained well. He knew his stuff and the price was very good compared to the other two companies. He answered all my questions and immediately did the job (which was quite involved and took about three hours). His work

Will and Jeanette were great. Installed an outdoor light, replaced some switches and outlets. They were gracious enough to let me watch over the shoulder and show me a few "tricks" of the trade. Next electrical project I hope to have them back to help me out again.

Positricity did a great job. Kept me informed about the basic steps they were doing. The team was nice and very polite.
It's was the local electric company I was very upset with. They were prompt to turn off the electric at 11 AM. Positricity was done with the inspection at 3:45 pm, yet it took Duke Energy until 11 PM to my electric back on!

***Consumer Beware*** This company Postitricity is going to charge you a trip fee of $69 just to show up at your property. One of the reasons why is because the company has such high rates that if you have a small job they know they can just make the trip charge. I unfortunately called them to help my 77 year old Aunt install a ring doorbell at her condo where her previous doorbell is already located. Just unscrew the old doorbell, remove the wires from doorbell, and connect the Ring Doorbell. My quote was $244 plus $69 Trip Charge for a total of $313. They were willing to

This company was formerly Theta Electric, which I often used. When I had a power outage because of a faulty fuse that prevented me from opening my garages at 5am, I called the emergency number that was on my fuse box . The answering service was professional and polite and connected me immediately with the new owner, Kurt. Even though it was early, he was kind and walked me through some troubleshooting.
