We had to call multiple times to have repairs done to the outside lights of our business. A job that should have taken a couple weeks with ordering parts and actual repair, took a couple months. They seem to be understaffed and unorganized. After multiple calls, texts and "contact us" submissions on their website, the job was finally completed. Perhaps they are better with residential jobs rather than commercial jobs.

We had Maury Creech Electric replace the meter box on our house, and with them also having to coordinate with Duke Energy and the county inspector, it couldn’t have gone smoother. Everyone from the estimators, scheduler, and workers were extremely professional, conscientious, and very friendly. This is our go to electrical contractor from now on!
