Services
Massanutten sits in the center of one of the most historic country sides in the nation. The site of much of the Civil War, the areas around Massanutten will entice every history lover. Roadside markers and small monuments dot the landscape pointing out the valley's history. History is also played out in battlefield re-enactments and is re-created in homes preserved for their history and open to visitors.

OMG DO NOT use Massanutten Vacation unless you like rude people who charge you an extra $200 fee because you left the pool pass in the rental unit on the coffee table instead of returning it to the Rental Lock Box that is a 20 minute drive from the unit!!!!

This was mostly a great experience. The house was fantastic, updated, and clean with great outdoor deck. The office wasn't open when we checked in, but they had a lockbox with keys for that purpose. The only knock I have is that I lost $45 for some plastic being in the garbage disposal. We were pretty meticulous in our cleanup, but I suppose something could have fallen in there and gotten stuck on the blades.

The cabin we stayed in was beautiful, but this management company is a mess. A few weeks before our rental period, they let us know that WiFi was no longer offered at the cabin, but would not even consider a partial refund given that this was an advertised amenity when we booked. When we arrived at the property, one of the bedrooms was locked/off limits - the house had been advertised to us as having beds for 12 but there were only beds for 9. We were also told we'd have 50 private acres, but mid-way through our stay we found out they had rented a field on the property to a boy scout troop for

False advertising! Wifi which is the reason we rented this home $30@ a night. I have When trying to call all morning about connectivity. Left is no log on. Called Comcast won't give us log in information, which… is obvious. Please contact us and give us info we are rained in and would like to watch movies today. It is my understanding this is a reoccurring problem. Please call us asap. I like this to be rectified today.

We stayed in Grey Rocks Lodge. They weren't kidding when they said top of the hill and great views! Be prepared for a very steep climb to the house and parking your car on a steep hill. A bit psychologically intimidating to some in our party, and tough for our elderly parents to get in and out. While a nice layout with room for our whole party, we had problems from the start. The air conditioning was broken upon our arrival. Management / Maintenance quickly notified, but it was not repaired and took much of our vacation time dealing with the issue instead of relaxing. We found Massanutten Vacation by chance searching the internet. It was a very last minute getaway for New Year's holiday. The ladies in the office were both super professional and helpful. They had limited inventory but were able to book us in the perfect house for our family. The house was as advertised and very clean. The office was closed during a portion of our stay but they do have a maintenance department for emergencies. We were very happy and will return!

If you liked to get charged for things that you didn't take it's a great place. Why the hell would people spending 800 bucks on one weekend steal a 100 dollar vacuum and forfeit their $300 deposit? Better tip the maids well, because they'll apparently find a way to get their tip either way. This place is either poorly managed or a bunch of cons. Stay elsewhere!
