Our AC went out and we called all over Dallas to try and find an affordable company to work with. Everyone had given us ridiculous quotes and just weren't very nice. We finally found Extreme Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating and within hours they were at our house to look at the unit. They gave us a number of different options and quotes that were very reasonable. Once we agreed on what needed to be done, we set a time and date for them to come back and install. They were on time, very professional, friendly, and had our house cool and AC up and running in less time than they said it would take

Our A/C bit the dust and the team from Extreme Comfort did a great job getting us a new unit installed and up and running. Everyone was very professional. I especially liked the customer service. This past Thursday our AC stopped cooling. We called eXtreme Comfort and they were able to get Humberto out in about an hour. His diagnosis was that the piston in the compressor had seized and there was nothing he nor anyone else could do. Talked to Marc and they set us up for a new HVAC system today. The crew, Daniel, Jose & Victor arrived early and quickly went to work. They teamed up when needed and split up when required. 4-1/2 hours later, our house is cooling and the job, while daunting was done extremely well...both inside & out. Excellent as always! Extreme Comfort has been servicing my personal house and several rent homes for at least a decade now. They are always punctual (call 30 minutes ahead of time), always professional, always tidy, and always address the issue to resolution. They also will explain to me how things work, what I should do for better performance in the future, etc. They are super easy to reach, very easy to schedule, and have always been able to find a time to come out that works for my busy work schedule. After my AC broke down mid-June, I called around multiple AC repair companies to fix our AC and Extreme Comfort was the only one that was able to send out someone to my house the very next day on a weekend. I was very thankful for their availability since I had a newborn to take care of. Most of the AC companies didn't have anyone available until a full week after, which is ridiculous amount of time to wait especially during the hot summer month.

Our thermostat was locked and the capacitor for one of our AC unit was out. Unfortunately, our labor coverage has expired but Marc was able to wave the fee for us and hooked us with a professional maintenance service. We would recommend for all our friends and family members to get Marcs service if you want reasonable and timely manner service. We can't recommend Extreme Comfort enough. We worked directly with the owner Marc on quoting our new system. He was honest and educated us throughout the process of getting our new AC. Our service man Humberto and the team of guys that came to install our new AC were amazing. They were quick, on time, and provided incredible customer service. I called Extreme Comfort to get both my AC units checked out prior to the hot Texas summer weather. The man who came out was Humberto R. To my knowledge I had never used Extreme Comfort before. Humberto thoroughly checked both my units, and the units ran noticeably colder after he finished. Note no refrigerant was added to either unit. Humberto was polite, on-time, careful and thorough. I was very pleased and impressed with his services. I get my AC units checked every year. I will call Extreme Comfort from now on, for all my heating and cooling needs!

Once again, the honesty and integrity of this company has proven itself. Twice in the past 18 months we have needed service/diagnostic on our AC unit. Both times the Mark assured us that we would have someone out to help within hours; even at 5:00 pm on a 100 degree Sunday evening!

My fiancé and I were very nervous about our first ac Maintenance appointment as home owners. We had two thermostats and had no idea what was what or why our ac did the things it did. I have had several experiences with Extreme Comfort. The first one went well. Technician show up on time, identified the issue, wrote up an estimate and performed the work as advertised.
The second one didn't go so well. Same tech came out. He inspected the system and told me that I had two issues. First, the condensation pan was rusted out and needed to be replaced (easy enough) and second, the drain line had to be cleared. He tried to locate the drain line unsuccessfully and told me that I needed to call a plumber.
The next day a plumber came out and located the drain line. He
