Called at 8PM on Sunday, attic unit is not blowing air but condenser outside is running fine. Jose took my call and Rick showed up at 9:35AM Monday. Rick is a no nonsense kind of guy who got right to work. He listened to what I had discovered about the problem, investigated, diagnosed and told me that Jose would get in touch to discuss timing and price. Rick was off to his next call. Because of a part delay Rick showed up with my new blower motor and installed it today rather than yesterday. I am fully satisfied with the work and the promptness of the repair. I'm relieved replacement is not yet

The crew also installed my new attic ladder for me at no extra cost. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC repair or replacement.

Ray Gonzalez was very professional and explained everything he was doing and provided pictures for areas that I could not see upstairs. I highly recommend 5 Star HVAC!

Jose was super helpful not to mention very knowledgeable on what I needed. Very affordable. Installation was so fast! Instead of calling the other three places I called not only wasted time but money too. Jose and his contractors were reliable and saved my family from this miserable heat. Thank you so much!!!!! I feel the cold air and it's awesome to come back into my home.
