Seem like nice folks who want to help, however, when I reached out to change my policy, I have yet to receive details on new coverage or a quote ( & never will) & I've spoken with Dawn, Amanda, & Lisa Knight herself - who as of today 10.28.21 told me "it's not their fault". I have personally called and left over 6 voicemails.
Lisa Knight told me in July that my agent was out on maternity leave and then that Knight herself had Covid, and now it's well we got behind because of the hurricane.
I understand because we are all incredibly busy, which is why I was using their insurance broker service
