You pay insurance for 7 or 8 years with no claims then something happens. The claims department starts ignoring you. The local agency acts like there is nothing they can do. I have a comprehensive policy with a 250 deductible and somehow it has already cost me 2 grand and I a haven't even paid for the deductible yet. i call and sit on hold for hours only to hear that someone will call me back. I'm still waiting for that call from 14 days ago. They waited two weeks to give the body shop the approval to fix my vehicle. Find insurance elsewhere.

I haven't met Mr. Beck yet, but I sent several emails to Lafayette State Farm agents as I'm moving to the area. He was the first and only to respond and he called me personally. His office Manager Annie deserves a free lunch, she is wonderful. She got my car insurance switched over in less than 24 hours with temporary ID cards and the rest of my pwere quick to follow. Thank you for making part of my stressful move, EASY PEASY. I look forward to visiting the office when I get in town. You guys rock !!! This is why I'm a 10+ year State Farm insurance holder.

My State Farm rep is Anne Guillory and she is absolutely hands down the best rep I’ve dealt with. I recently refinanced my car and she helped me with that process but ALSO when I cancelled my GAP with the dealership and was given the runaround when trying to get my check back; she helped me through the process to get me my check!! 10/10 would recommend coming see Anne to everybody!
