Many, many thanks once again-this time in writing-for the very professional care and personal kindnesses that you extended to my family in the aftermath of my father's passing. I can't tell you what a relief it was to have you hold our hands and help guide us through the saddest days of our lives.
While my heart is broken right now, I know that as it mends, I will have a lifetime of happy memories as solace. Until then, I am grateful that we have no regrets regarding the manner in which we brought closure to my dad's time

I do not have the words to express to you the deep gratitude I feel for all you did. The entire family was overwhelmed by your caring, your thoughtfulness, and your generosity of spirit. Never in my life have I been so grateful.
From the moment we first met you, just over a year ago, you have made us feel that we were your only concern. You made us feel calm, soft and spiritual at a time not expected to feel any of those things. I do not know how to convey- and alway will- what your words and actions did for us. My husband recently passed away unexpectedly. My sister helped my by researching funeral homes for me. She recommended Chadwick & McKinney because they were kind, considerate, genuine, forthcoming and did not try to up-sell upfront. She was right. During a very difficult time in my life, Rodger made it easy - easy to understand, simple to execute, and offered and explained options for me to consider. Through him I was able to select the perfect day and time to hold the funeral in his facility, find the perfect minister to deliver the service, and locate a wonderful restaurant within walking distance

Rodger McKinney is unsurpassed in his service, caring, grace, compassion, integrity and professionalism. He is simply the best – from his concern and attention to detail, his knowledge and sound suggestions, and above all, his focus on the family and respect for them and for the deceased. All of this is so helpful in what is often a difficult and emotional time. I will add that I have worked with Rodger on several occasions, the most recent being my own father, and I would turn to no one else.

In what is always an extremely tough time for any family, the professionalism, attention to detail, and care that Rodger puts into his craft is unmatched. My family and I have used Chadwick and McKinney on several occasions, and he has exceeded our expectations each time. He truly cares about making sure that your loved ones will be in good hands after they pass on. Rodger took the extra time to go over each detail in the process and was available to answer questions that we had. It is never easy when a loved one passes away but calling Rodger at Chadwick McKinney Funeral Home was the best decision we could have made. He answered the phone himself even though it was late at night. He reassured us from the moment we spoke to him. He brought my mother back to the funeral home right away and met with us the next day. He was so kind and answered all of our questions even though we had many. He reviewed all costs and there were no surprises. He was always available by phone or in person for all of us throughout the week leading up to the funeral. We were able to come in to the

Chadwick & McKinney handled the funerals for both my Father-in-Law and Mother-in-Law and we could not have been happier with the service and care we received from Rodger. His attention to detail was second to none and he made sure that every step in this always difficult process was clearly explained from both a procedural and financial standpoint. We would not have been able to get through this without him and his guidance, compassion and selfless desire to make sure that every aspect of both funerals was nothing less than perfect.
