Honestly the best realtor in the Triangle, there's a reason they have such high volume because they know how to get you a house. Joe and Philo have so much experience with the Triangle market you could likely give them a random street address and he'll know which house you're talking about. Highly recommend.

We started looking for homes to buy and our friend highly recommended Joe. I recently sold my home in Cary and one of my friends referred me to Joe and I'm GLAD I made that call to Joe. During this troubled covid times, he mobilized the crew to make the home ready for sale like replacing the carpet, landscaping, paint touchups, power wash and get the house cleaned - at a very reasonable price.
