I was recruited by a mutual friend to Action Staffing. If he was the type to leave reviews, I know he would leave a positive one.
I had an issue with transportation from where I was living at the time, but after working a few days/going through the motions, I wouldn't be able to give anything less than 5 stars.
I cant recall the name of my go-to (I believe it was Adriana), but my experience with any staff was always pleasant. I got my call-backs, and I was just someone who worked no more than 3 days.

Action staffing sent me on a job call JFC international Inc which are very long hours if you pressed for making money and living just for the job alone, also if you need any documentation to hat you worked for Action Staffing you will not be provided with The necessary documents that you need. I’m not cut out to work 14 hours a day nor do I appreciate the services that I am getting from the agency and I hope that I get my check for the three days that I’ve worked.

What you see is what you get. Action Staffing is a temp agency that run for profit. I went there when I had nothing, no experience, no money, and a bad background. I came here expecting to be turned away and told the same thing I get told anywhere, but they didn't do that to me. At times they were curt and even downright frustrating especially with the environment of having so many temps coming in and out of the office, but they always told me the truth through and through. Did I like the truth sometimes? No. There were times were I even got so mad I wanted to simply throw my hat down and move

I work very hard, usually 5 to 7 days a week. First it was hard to find a stable job without having too bounce around to different jobs everyday. I finally found a place where I go 5 to 7 days week BUT ( here comes the but ) They like to play with people’s paychecks as if people don’t have bills to pay or other necessities too take care of. On top of that, they don’t even answer the phone sometimes and will hang up on you. I recently worked 5 days and got paid for 2 days... I’m kind of furious. This isn’t the first time either. This was my first time going to a temp agency & my experience was positive. I met the owner & he’s very welcoming & has great energy. I applied for work & started working within the next 2 days. They sent me to hello fresh & the hours are great. I had to wait 2 weeks from when I started working to pick up my check & I had no problem getting my money.

They kept stealing money from my paycheck and after the third time I said something and was told by one of the representatives from the agency that my hours would be made up for and sent to the agency but when I got to work the next day they DNR me. I worked as a temp at Hellofresh. I am a student and was on break for the semester and was only doing this for 2 months until I went back to school but if you’re looking to get a permanent job out of them look out for their scams.
