I have been involved in construction industry since junior high school. I choose to work in this industry because I naturally gravitated to the industrial arts early in school and in time this interest led me to the construction industry. I obtained my contractor's licsense in 2002. Kaljian Construction has been taking care of home repairs and improvements for years.
Robert is a superb contractor and businessman whom we would recommend without reservation. 5 out of 5. 10 out of 10. This is not the first time Robert has done work for us. About 5 years ago he installed a skylight in our living room. His bid was fair and the work was completed skillfully and promptly.

I know about this company from the Diamond Certified Book. It took approximately 3 days for him to return my initial call. This is pretty average apparently when you are dealing with a construction company, although I have seen a few who are way more responsive than the average. I scheduled for an estimate on Thursday.
One day before the scheduled estimate day, he called to reschedule because his schedule got too busy on Thursday. This is getting a bit annoying although since it is the first occurence, I still can tolerate it.
