I absolutely love this shop!! I feel welcomed and comfortable while shopping here. They provide above and beyond service to their clients to make the experience a positive one.
Not to mention, the audio alert that inform customers and potential customers that the parking lot behind the location is private and will boot your car, if you are shopping in any of the stores in front of the parking lot.
This saves so many shoppers from getting their automobile booted, for simply running into some of those stores to purchase items.

Avoid this 'herb' shop.
Expired snacks and food everywhere, annoying managers and store cashiers, and a very disgusting smoothie area.
If your buying anything like snacks or drinks, check the expiration dates. 6/10 chance it is expired. And if your here for the smoothies, go to a real smoothie shop.

This business has potential for way better reviews. The owner just seems to be very unpleasant soon as you walk in the door. Idk if she's American or Caribbean. Shifty eyes, watching every move like you'll steal something. Short. Abrupt. Open to answering questions, but walked away to her office. I told my friend to please honor her business & properly wear his mask. She had to correct him & tell him to put the mask over his nose.

Well, a friend of mines turned me on to this nice little health food shop. She said that they make some really good smoothies. I live in Austell, but I work within Atlanta city limits. I had her to give me the address and I typed it into my GPS and made a trip there. So, the thing that makes her smoothies sooooooo good, "in my opinion," is that they do not add ice in order to get the smoothie cold. Every time I visit this place whether it's busy or not, the customer service is always great. I had a colonoscopy last year in October, the Dr. didn't remove 1 of the 3 polyps because if removed it would cause other issues. A few months ago I ended up in the ER and was diagnosed with Colitis. They prescribed me so many meds it was ridiculous. Make a long story short, Mr. Ardina recommended 3 different things for my issues, mind you I DID NOT take the prescribed meds. The owner is very rude and so entitled. And it's spilling over onto her employees. I went in and know one greeted or even asked how may I help after 5 min of looking for what I wanted. Keep in mind it's a small store. You would think this plandemic would would soften hearts of people. But it's making them show there true selves. You walk in a health food/nutritional store it is suppose to be a better atmosphere, other than rude stares and unpleasant vibes. Before this whole mess happened the stores owner was unfriendly to us. Now it's worse. Won't return ever. Prefer

Parking here is tricky, limited spots up front & confusing signs in the back, in the back park at the burgundy fence, just go straight there. All other spots have signs threatening to boot and/or tow.

Pros: they have a huge selection of supplements, food, snacks, cbd products & they even make smoothies! They have great customer service & are very knowledgeable of all the products they carry & even have a loyalty program! I will return!

I have been a good customer for a few years now. Unfortunately one of the newer employees, a young man, insists on diffusing the entire store with what smells like an entire bottle of cinnamon essential oil. It is so strong it made my eyes water and stuck to my clothes for hours. I asked him to please turn off the diffuser because it was nauseating, he said "oh I love cinnamon" and walked away. I have left messages for the owner on product requests and about the cinnamon problem and no one has called me. Everytime I have seen the owner in there she is micromanaging and very manic in general

I went in this shop after eating next door at Green Soma Vegan Cafe, the owner seemed to be in an "all over the place mood" and was more concerned about parking spaces outside, but I took it with a grain of salt and still looked around. I ended up grabbing a salad which looked amazing and was priced at $8.99. When she rang me up she told me my total would be $12+. I asked how and she said because the ingredients were all organic. I said no problem but the sign above it says $8.99. She said yes but I need to go up in price because the ingredients are organic but I'll just charge

I visited Nature's Own today was surprised to find such a vast selection of vitamins, skin care oils & natural foods. The owner, Dr. Pierre is very knowledgable, straight forward & was very realistic with helping to find solutions for the health issues I have. In all I am very happy I found this health food store & will regularly return for my source of vitamins, oils & natural foods. & The Smoothies are Amazing!!!

This isn't my first time coming into the establishment. The first time I came into the place was a pass by view from a vegetarian restaurant that I visited. (I will be reviewing on that later, smiling) But the atmosphere was so pleasing and inviting. Now it is very small but it has a plethora of herbal items, organic foods, and even a small smoothy and fresh food section. I told my self that I will come back...and here I am! But this time I came with some digestive issues and had an opportunity to talk to the owner about it.

Detox Monster green smoothie with ginger and Irish moss added is BOMB!!! Matthew juiced up this amazing concoction for me and I am not disappointed. I wanted something light for lunch so this smoothie filled me up and gave me energy to get through the rest of the work day. I definitely will be back.

Good store organized store with excellent stock but everywhere I went, this black guy showed up. Sweeping, checking stock, looking at merchandise. I was about to checkout so I went back down aisles to be sure. I've been in retail management for 17 years and I know what he was doing, he was watching to see if I would steal. Who wants to steal vitamins anyway.! Very disappointing because this hurts your business. Impressive store but I will not be back to spend my money with you.

I found this place when we were trying to place one of our products in the store. The owners and all the staff are very friendly and very informative. Unlike some of the posts where people are saying the owner was abrasive, I think that she's just real straightforward oh and has turned out to be one of the coolest people.
Their juice bar is also very good by the way!
