For the information on the internet it shows that the location is open however when I did arrive you had to press a button to wait for a response I received a response from The Ring doorbell asking me what they could help me with however the location wasn't open they should update the information on the maps and internet to reflect that you should call before you come I could have saved my gas.

My go to. I love the atmosphere the vibes in here are awesome. The advice that I get in here about correcting me on knowledge and understanding of what certain herbs do, instead of going by the internet comforts me. So instead of me just walking out with something that is not needed I walk out with exactly what I needed and knowledge of what it does. Thank you.

This is around my 3rd time going to this place and Always met with attitude. Every time I ask a question it’s like I’m bothering them. Not warm at all puts her nose up to my kids. It’s sad because I drive downtown and always spend over 150 for the same things she has in her store( that’s how much I like spending on herb shops) and trying to support local but always dealing with unfriendly attitudes it’s even more frustrating because I also work in customer service. Will not being going back and will not tell anyone about this place

I have been coming here for over two years now to get my alkaline water and other herbs, owner is fantastic as always. But unfortunately her one and only employee was extremely rude to me and unprofessional. I came in on a Saturday afternoon there was only one other customer in the store, and I asked about buying a bulk amount of herbs, she did not know what the total would be for the full amount so (which was my only question) she had to weigh it and once I was told what the full amount would be I said thank you and started to leave the store and she got an attitude, saying “why would you make

Went here years ago when it was at it's other location to make a purchase. While there I began to feel unwell. The woman there seemed thoughtful and concerned. Sat me down offered me water and some pill. When I started to recover and pay for what I came in for I discovered she had charged me for the water and the pill! I thought she was just being kind. She at no time said, "listen, this will help, would you like to purchase this and a bottle of water?" No, she just added it to my bill. Not cool. I never went back. Seemed at the least shady at worst deceptive. Recently, bc of the Corona virus,

The owner and her niece are so helpful! We have been shopping there for at least 3-4 years. It had been a while before we came back and she remembered that I just had a little girl. Any question I have ever had, they knew the answer and it's not just some "google answer" They are a wealth of information and they give it freely. For the comments about rudeness, I have never experienced that. If you are looking for someone who is bubbly and overly friendly, that's not them. They are pleasant, professional and kind but straight to the point because they are sooooo busy. I am so thankful for The Herb

The clerk there didn’t acknowledge me, even after the customer she was assisting left. I wanted to support this establish since it has been in the area for a while and they recently moved locations, but I’d rather drive to Atlanta to get herbs and teas and holistic, natural products. The woman was condescending in what I’m assuming was her explanation of herbs as well as belittling and nonchalant.

I went to this herb shop yesterday to look around, and I was impressed by the high level of personal customer service. There was a really nice woman there who answered all my questions and I ended up leaving with some Supreme Being: Precious Mineral Tonic, honey and ground black seed. Lucky for me its just 10 minutes away from my house. My new herb shop.
