My wife and I began looking at possible condos along the Florida Gulf beaches in the fall of 2015. We connected with Virginia and Erica at Laketown Wharf. I have made 8 real estate purchases in my life. There is ONE REALTOR who was head and shoulders above them all...MIKE RYLEE. Usually once the transaction is done and the agent has their commission in hand, you part ways and never communicate to one another again until the next time. Since I closed, Mike has loaned me tools, hand delivered letters… to my renters for me, taken me and my family to dinner and even stopped by on a day when my wife and I were painting so he could bring my Kids his favorite donuts. I’ve never known anyone quite like Mike. I wouldn’t use anyone else
