1 star is too much for that place! Never!!! Never go here!!! I have beautiful lips and want to enhance the fullness, but this is what Shirley did with me. 1 pic is my lips before, 2- is after 14 days and swollen. I paid 830 for that, when I come to fix it and get my money back she shown me the door and said she is gonna call to police to get rid of me! Unprofessional place and rude ppl! Don’t come here if u are looking for a good results!

I have gotten injectables at several places. Shirley at Glow is undoubtedly the best. She is honest and respects what you want and doesn’t try to just sell you in something. In fact, the whole staff are Nurse Practitioners and are down to earth, credible, and extremely knowledgeable. I read their bios on their website and they are very educated and experienced.

Today was my 1st visit to Glow and I have to say that I was very impressed! They offer an array of abundant services & products. The staff was very friendly. The wait time in the outer office was only about 10 minutes. And I’m a “get in & get out” kind of gal so this really won me over.
My NP was very likeable & knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything & was patient with any questions I had.
The professional yet spa-like facility is very relaxing. Needless to say I will be a return customer from here on out.

Shirley and her daughters are amazing!
They treat you like family. They really take the time to listen and care. I've been other places that try to "over sell" their products and try to give you more that you need. Glow isn't pushy at all! They have your best interest at heart and prices are great!!

The staff at Glow Medical is phenomenal when it comes to the way they treat their clients. I have been injected several times by Shirley and I always get amazing results. Glow Medical is an absolute dream. Customer service is worthy of 6 stars! I really did not pay much attention to skincare until I was 50 yrs old. They helped me choose the proper products, and were never pushy. Their honesty was so appreciated and helped me make my decisions without feeling rushed or forced. I very seldom take the time to review anything...but the ladies at Glow Medical Spa in Powell really deserve some recognition for the wonderful job they all do! The facilities are immaculate and the staff are always pleasant, helpful and quite knowledgeable. Miss Shirley is my personal favorite, and I am never disappointed with her superior technique and attention to detail. The reason I have returned to Glow year after year is simply....they're the best.
